授權書翻譯樣本 

    在投標書(bid)中，當投標書和合同簽字人不是投標商(bidder)的法人時，必須要有法人授權書，授權投標商代表簽署投標書和合同。

    但在編制投標授權書時，需要注意授權書(或授權委托書)在英文中有兩種形式，即Letter of Authorization (LOA) 和 Power of Attorney (POA),而且英文授權書在使用上是有一些區別的。一般來說，Letter of Authorization比較通用，幾乎可以用于各種形式和各種需求時的授權；而Power of Attorney的使用比較嚴格，被授權人應為律師（Attorney）。 在招標投標書翻譯時，一般應選用Letter of Authorization。
